Your coach, David, learns from the data you log — workouts, meals, sleep, and mood. The more you share, the more personalized your daily plans and coaching become. David adapts to your patterns and goals over time.
Your data is stored locally on your device first, so the app works offline. When you're connected, it syncs to our secure cloud database. Personal reflections (mood, journal) stay local by default unless you opt in to cloud sync.
You can request account deletion by emailing support@valori.fit. We'll remove all your cloud data within 30 days. Data stored locally on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app.
Go to More > Settings > Export Data in the app. You can export your workouts, nutrition logs, health data, and journal entries as a JSON file.
Valori works offline for logging workouts, meals, sleep, and mood. Your data syncs automatically when you reconnect. Coaching conversations require an internet connection.
Go to More > Profile in the app. You can update your goals, body stats, and preferences at any time. Your coach will adjust recommendations accordingly.
Go to More > Settings in the app and toggle off Morning Briefing and/or Weekly Report. You can also reply to any briefing email to request removal.
We never sell your data or share it with advertisers. Your data is only processed by the services that make Valori work (cloud hosting, coaching engine, nutrition search, email delivery). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
