Welcome to Valori. By accessing or using the Valori application, website (valori.fit), or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Valori is operated by PraxenWorks LLC ("we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account or using Valori, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Valori is a personal fitness coaching application that helps you track workouts, nutrition, sleep, and mood. The Service includes personalized coaching, daily plans built around three pillars (Move, Eat, Mind), progress tracking, and optional email briefings.
You must create an account to use Valori. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Valori is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The coaching, workout suggestions, nutrition guidance, and other content provided through Valori are for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, making dietary changes, or if you have questions about a medical condition. You use Valori and follow its suggestions at your own risk.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Valori, including workout logs, nutrition entries, journal entries, photos, and conversations with your coach. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

Subscription details, pricing, and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.
Your use of Valori is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Valori name, logo, design, and all associated content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of PraxenWorks LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without written permission.
Valori integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (language processing), FatSecret (nutrition data), Apple HealthKit, and SendGrid (email). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.
We strive to keep Valori available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Valori works offline with local data storage, but cloud sync and coaching features require an internet connection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PraxenWorks LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PraxenWorks LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
